HM282 Urethane fill transmission mount

Well the end goal is to create a production polyurethane transmission mount to go with our motor mounts but until then this will suffice.

I am sure you all have seen mounts being filled with urethane window weld to increase the stiffness, this is no different just model specific. 

First give the mount a good cleaning. Really get in there because the cleaner it is the better it will set. Grab some rubber gloves and cardboard because it is going to get messy!

Tape down one side so the window weld doesn't come out when filling.

Start filling the mount with the window weld urethane, it helps if the tube is warm otherwise it will come out really slow.

When full pack it in with fingers like you are packing a bearing full of grease. Then end result isn't pretty but it is effective!

The urethane window weld will effectively increase the stiffness of the mount and when used with our polyurethane motor mounts will help with getting your power to the ground!
